Product Description

  • The product is controlled by a microcomputer and driven by hydraulics. It features Chinese subtitle display and man-machine interactive operation.
  • Manual and semi-automatic operation modes can be freely selected. The one-point foot pedal switch has both start and emergency stop functions.
  • It has a single-station configuration and uses linear guides as the carrier, ensuring good product repeatability.
  • The whole machine is characterized by easy operation, stable performance, high work efficiency and high safety factor. It is an ideal equipment for the pipe fitting processing industry.
  • Processing shapes include convex, concave, joint, long offset, square, extended, inclined, V-shaped, open elbow, flat elbow, etc. The mold shape is changed according to the workpiece.

  3. Adjustability: End distances tweakable for tube length (double-end models only). Clamp single/double ends as needed.
